Having dined with clients, friends and family at Pello numerous times, I was gutted when Thomas Johns decided to take a new direction from restaurateur. Boy was I wrong to worry. Thomas, in my kitchen, serving up sublime dishes and wines! It was an “Event”!

The evening brought together both my friends as well as some elite business people from Sydney, Adelaide, London and France, and each and every one of them are still complimenting me on the night one month later. World class cuisine in our back yard and now in our home!
